Original “shitaji” window is an opening on earthed wall by exposing structural bamboos sandwiched in-between. It is beautiful because it is simple, convenient but elegant.
The way we now recreate “fake” “shitaji” window is not convenient nor simple at all. No matter how “real” or pretty it looks, the “beauty” doesnt exist. 🤷🏻♀️
